1. How can I book?

You can book directly online via our booking system. Choose your service, date, and time — your slot is instantly confirmed.

2. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can modify your appointment up to 24 hours before your visit (via the booking link or by contacting us). This helps us keep slots available for other clients.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service.

4. What if I am late?

Please let us know. We will always try to keep your appointment, but if you’re more than 10–15 minutes late, the treatment may be shortened or moved, depending on availability.

5. How do I pay for the service?

You can pay directly after your treatment by card or cash.

6. How can I find you?

We are located inside of Basic-Fit Sandweiler fitness studio, please ring the doorbell, you will be let in and welcomed by our service expert.
